What Can a Paralegal Do?

As a licensed paralegal in Ontario, I can commission documents and represent clients dealing with lawsuits falling within the jurisdiction of small claims court. I can represent people facing summary conviction charges under municipal bylaws, provincial statutes, and the criminal code. As well as assisting and representing clients who are going before an administrative tribunal.
